I made 10 of these for a swap.  Not difficult to make, just time consuming.  Used a few retired items like the Pretties Kit and French Script, but I'm sure you could substitute easily.

Here are the ingredients.

Stamp - Ornament Keepsakes, French Script
Cardstock - Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler
Ink - Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, VersaMark
Accessories - Holiday Ornaments Framelits, Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding, Champagne Glimmer paper, Gold embossing powder, Holiday Frame embossing folder, sponge, stampin' dimensionals.
Give this a try. You will be surprised at how well it will turn out.  I'm thinking blue and silver!
